I'm always been a huge fan of eBay. In my student years it was my way of earning a little extra cash - sourcing great clothes, styling them and then selling them on for a profit. These days, I turn to the famous online auction site to find hidden gems at great prices - secondhand furniture that simply needs a new coat of paint, a hand knitted bobble hat for baby, or a beautiful dress which is no longer available in stores.
So I was delighted to be asked to take part in their new launch - eBay Collections. A kind of Pinterest for shopping, eBay Collections allows you to create boards of items that inspire you. Follow, like or share your favourite collections, for an interactive way of sharing your passions and wish lists with the eBay community. As someone who watches hundreds of items on eBay, waiting to snap them up in the last few adrenalin-filled seconds of an auction, this is the ideal way to categorise everything so it's easy to find.
I've curated twelve boards featuring items I love - from new mama must-haves, to pretty pastels, cute items for baby and the all important summer holiday wishlist. If you fancy taking a peek, you can see them all here.
I hope they inspire you to build your own eBay collections, let me know if you do create your own and I'll take a look!
