New Years Eve OOTN

I hope everyone had a lovely Christmas and New Year. I can't believe just how quickly this year has gone. I had a bit of a panic when it came to getting ready for New Years Eve this year. I assumed I had a whole host of dresses to choose from, but when I actually looked through them, nothing took my fancy. My style seems to have changed a lot over the past year or two since finishing Uni and my 'going out clothes' collection has shrunk considerably as my fiancĂ© and I now favour staying in with a good film and snuggling over braving the drunken crowds on the weekend!

In the end I opted for a dress I bought last Christmas from Topshop...

Dress: Topshop
Shoes: Schuh & New Look (a change was required to protect the toes!)

We had a lovely low key New Years, going for dinner at Piccolino's and then heading to Coco Tang for a few delicious cocktails afterwards. We had fun trying out the huge array of cocktails on offer and discovered a favourite in the Refreshers cocktail - it tastes exactly like the sweets, so delicious!

I hope you all had an amazing night & a great start to 2011...
